Most of us have heard, the recommendation, Every thing carefully! Dedicate 30 minutes (breakfast, lunch or dinner) on daily basis to eat a healthy meal. Sure, it’s a pain to see the doctor whenever you feeling good and really don’t see the point to take action. But prevention is the very best prescription for a critical, or life threatening illness.
Eat poor meals and you should have a poor high quality of life. Feel the feeling of “fullness.” Mentally note when your stomach feels “full.” Then pay attention to whenever you stop consuming.
